Study on Financial Appropriation System on Science and Technology in China

This project is an emergency project of CIDEG, focusing on the financial appropriation system on science and technology in China. There are five main contents: (1) analysis of the evolution and current situation of allocation system on science and technology in China; (2) to study the structure of financial investment in science and technology; (3) to study allocation mechanism of funds on science and technology projects; (4) to study on financial management mechanism of science and technology project funds; (5) to study the optimization strategy and policy recommendations for technology funding system in China.
