This project is a CIDEG emergency project, it plans to start with analyzing the transmission mechanism of energy price changes’ influence on industrial restructuring, income distribution and CPI. This project utilizes Dynamic Computable General Equilibrium as a core research tool, which is supported by metering method and statistical analysis method. Through introducing the alternative equation of energy products, the alternative equation of energy and basic elements, income distribution equation and resident grouping equation, establishing energy consumption indicator system, income distribution and household consumption model. Utilizing the established model to simulate the degree and track of energy price changes’ influence on industrial structure optimization, pricing structure and residents with different income level. On this basis, putting forward policy suggestions for the formation mechanism of energy price in China, energy price policy adjustment and so forth.
