This project is a CIDEG emergency project, its main research content is the social cognition of local government’s choice of new energy technology. Specifically, (1) a summary of local government’s current decision-making on new energy technology. (2)Example of local government’s choice of new energy technology. (3) An analysis of the decision-making process of local government’s choice of new energy technology and the participants. (4) The decision-making model of local government’s choice of new energy technology. (5) The institutional problems existing in local government’s choice of new energy technology. (6) Institutional and policy suggestions on local government’s choice of new energy technology.
