How should China meet the challenge of global climate change

This project is a CIDEG emergency project, it focuses on addressing one core problem: How should China meet the challenge of global climate change and cope with the international pressure faced by international climate negotiations in the era of Post-Kyoto. Specifically, (1) studying global climate change’s influence on China and China’s policy measures to cope with climate change. (2) Studying how should China attend international climate negotiations and how should China participate in global climate governance. Also, assessing China’s unequivocal commitment to reduce emission and the feasibility of China undertaking its international responsibilities.
