FANG Kai, Researcher of School of Public Administration, Zhejiang University, Deputy Director of Center for Environmental and Energy Policy Research, Zhejiang University was invited to give a speech. The topic FANG Kai shared was Trade-offs between the Environmental Footprints and SDGs in the Belt and Road Initiative.
