April 22, the 176th CIDEG Academic Salon was held in the afternoon in  Conference Room 302 at the School of Public Policy and Management,  Tsinghua University. Assistant Professor Ma Xiao (School of Government,  Peking University) was invited as the keynote speaker to share with  the audience the latest fndings of a project he had been working on in  collaboration with Ji Chengyuan (Shanghai Jiaotong University), titled “Elites  and Intergovernmental Policy Processes”. Associate Dean & Professor Zhu  Xufeng, Associate Professor Mei Ciqi, Associate Professor Chen Jidong,  Associate Professor Zhu Junming, Assistant Professor Zhang Penglong from  the School of Public Policy and Management, Tsinghua University were invited  as guest speakers for discussion.
